Welcome to ‘’B ’t Oale Spoor’’, located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, pantry-kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, a loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Downtown and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. Also take a look at Vakantieinhellendoorn or bedandbreakfast.

Relax and unwind in this cozy, charming space. From our cosy spot in the Achterhoek (over 40 m²), you can enjoy a view of the natural surroundings, including the forest and two piglets. You can hear and see a lot of birds all day. You sleep on a cozy loft, where you can come with a sturdy staircase. Other: You have your own entrance, a work/study area (adjustable), and your own small garden with a terrace (including BBQ). Includes books and games. Listen to music, via Bluetooth or LP player, and look around you...

(Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Sauna in the woods 'Metsä'

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper apartment and part of the lower apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The municipal monument tolhuis' n tol from 1830 is located on the edge of the Raalter center. You can now spend the night in this toll booth! The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum. Adjacent cycling and hiking junction Salland… .. The Tolhuisje stands on the edge of the pleasant center of Raalte with plenty of hospitality and shopping options.
