The outdoor area offers a covered terrace and a garden that is right on the water (without a border). The house was newly built and completed in 2020.

NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

This former hotel has served as a group accommodation since 2022. Unique Outings located here to organise group outings and rent out means of transport. The hotel rooms with shared space and bowling alley are offered as group accommodation. A total of 9 rooms for a total of 18 people. With private space with bar and two bowling alleys. In consultation, 2 extra rooms can be booked up to 22 people. Please note. Extremely strict house rules apply to groups of friends.

Our (group) accommodation de Bosrand has 10 bedrooms and is suitable for young and old. We have a lot of play facilities for children, but if you want to relax in the hot tub, that is also possible! We are located in the Drenthe forests of Zuidwolde, which makes it wonderful to take long walks through the woods. We have an animal meadow, a swimming pond, a fishing pond and an outdoor fitness forest. Go-karts and other play facilities are free to use for the kids.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old barn, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland.
