It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. Unique estate in nature near Ootmarsum

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of the Springendal nature reserve, a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have one of the ten apartments that is fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have a nice breakfast or lunch, we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a local special beer.

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

Villa Waterkant can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and is a modernly furnished holiday home in a Scandinavian style, located directly on a lake. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The location of the house allows extensive bike / boat and shopping tours. The bicycles brought with you can be parked in the bicycle shed and also loaded. For rainy weather, a bath in the whirlpool or a sauna session is recommended. In the relative vicinity there are good shopping facilities which can be processed in the fully equipped kitchen.
