This 11-hectare property is located 3 minutes from Sautron, 15 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from La Baule and its beaches. It consists of 5 bedrooms, living room, dining room, billiards, TV lounge and kitchen. It is equipped with a swimming pool, a tennis court, a pond for fishing and is surrounded by woods. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (presence of steps and stairs)

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Shared family garden, swing/trampoline in summer. 160 x 200 bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Closed/secure parking (1 car). Extra sheets for €15/bed on request. Hand towels not included.
