On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Take a breather at the gates of Nantes! "Orval et sens" urban gîtes is at Pont du Cens in a quiet and green area. A direct line takes you by bus to the center of Nantes or to the train station. By car it's easy thanks to the proximity of the Nantes ring road and a free parking space is reserved for you. Here, everything is designed for your comfort, from bedding to bath towels. Many welcome products and a fully-equipped kitchen are there to make your stay pleasant.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

15 minutes by tram from Nantes train station (line 1, "Médiathèque" stop). This is a comfortable home, which we have completely renovated with lime plaster. You'll feel right at home! Ideally located on a pedestrian street in the city center. Numerous shops, bars and restaurants immediately accessible. Just a 10-minute walk to the Machines of the Island and the Elephant.
