Impeccable accommodation in a good location, 20 minutes from the city center. Nice walk to Donville from the accommodation. Only problem, not possible to close the left shutter of the room so lit all night by a street lamp. Problem that will be resolved, I think. The space is functional even if we only used it to sleep. Disappointment with all the Rbnb we made, no possible arrangement for checkout time and unable to postpone the date due to one of the two couples who had covid. We still enjoyed the stay. I will recommend this place for two couples

Beautiful little pied-à-terre next to Granville, well-equipped and clean. Everything you need for 4 to 5 people with a charming terrace. Access to Donville beach in 3 minutes. 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Granville. No problem parking your car next to the accommodation. Excellent!

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

The extremely positive reviews of this gite tell the truth. The reception is warm, with a big smile. The gite is conveniently located, the area is what you want on the coast. The space is well laid out and gives the gite a pleasant atmosphere. The facilities are good, as is the bed. Everything is really clean. The terrace is pleasant, sheltered and yet in the sun. In short, a gite to stay in for longer.

Very nice accommodation perfectly matching the description. Particularly clean and well equipped with very nice little touches, bouquet of flowers from the garden on the table, tea, coffee, herbal tea, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper all well presented. The accommodation is extremely well designed, arranged and equipped. It is located in a bucolic environment and the sea is nearby. Fabien, the owner, is very welcoming and available. In conclusion, it's a great little nest to enjoy the area.

We were at Claudine's place for an extended weekend. The apartment looks even better than in the pictures. We felt right at home! Claudine herself is extremely friendly and always available. We can fully recommend a stay and are already looking forward to the next visit.

Ideal location in Granville with free street parking. the apartment is clean, modern and perfectly matches the listing. The bedding is very comfortable. Quiet accommodation. Laurent is an active host, his instructions are clear.

We went as a family of four adults. Jocelyne’s place was as described and much more. She is responsive and clear with communication.The 180 degree views were the highlight of our stay. The whole flat is immaculate. It had everything to give you a relaxing home away from home. We explored the walks and beach nearby and we got great recommendations for food in Granville. Le mont St michel is about 40min drive and worth going to. I would highly recommend a stay.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the centre of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that ensures there are no neighbours. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
