The apartment is very well located, very bright and it is tastefully furnished, nothing is missing. The welcome is perfect and very pleasant. We were able to park in the street. A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

Apartment booked to give my mother-in-law a week's holiday as a gift. Yves and Annick were lovely, they even offered to arrive the day before graciously!! And when we arrived at the accommodation, full of little touches for her, homemade strawberry tartlet and apple pie prepared with great kindness, small bouquet of flowers on the table, Yves who carried my mother-in-law's luggage to the apartment when we arrived, in short Yves and Annick are really very kind, very human hosts and thanks to them and their very beautiful apartment with its magnificent view, my mother-in-law had a superb week's holiday! My husband and I thank them enormously for all this kindness and well-being that has done him a lot of good. We recommend these hosts to anyone who cares about the comfort of their tenants and extreme kindness.

Excellent stay in a very welcoming cottage. The bedding was ready when we arrived, which is always nice. The outdoor layout is well thought out, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal in peace. The floor of the storey is quite noisy, but it also contributes to the authentic charm of the house. We'll be happy to go back! A location that we highly recommend.

The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. Especially in the kitchen, high-quality utensils and the refrigerator were a hit! The oversized meadow was the greatest happiness for our dog. Pierrick and his wife greeted us very kindly and explained everything well. If we come back to Brittany, we will definitely book this house again.

I would 100% recommend! The apartment is very good (bigger than in the photos!) and very well located to do everything on foot (intra muros, Rocabey and Sevran markets). The box is a big plus.
