The house can accommodate up to 7 guests, it includes three bedrooms, a kitchen open to a living/dining room opening onto a beautiful southwest-facing sea view terrace. The house also has private parking that can accommodate two cars.

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
