Welcome to this studio, all in wood and perfectly insulated for your comfort. The perfectly exposed terrace will seduce you for your barbecues, coffees and aperitifs. ideally located in the heart of a very quiet area, 12 minutes' walk from the train station, 1.2 km from Sillon Beach and the thermal baths. The walled city is 2.6 km away. All shops are within 400 m to 1 km. All sanitary equipment, heating or bedding are of high quality Tested and approved by our "test" guests!

"Kerkozh", my small studio in Fréhel.

"Kerkozh" is the name of our studio located in the heart of the village of Fréhel, close to shops, 2.5 km from the beach. On the ground floor of our house, it is a small independent studio with kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Entrance via a dedicated terrace. Well-kept facilities and amenities. Cash deposit required upon arrival. On the ground floor, there is also my workshop where I can organize a plastic art or art therapy session for you. We live on the floors above.

A 5-minute walk to Bas Sablons beach, 15 minutes from the Cité Corsaire, you will benefit from a private parking space and a closed garage for two-wheelers.

We offer a stay in the "Quincaille" in a quiet area near the river. This comfortable studio is composed of a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. An outdoor terrace with garden furniture will allow you to relax while listening to birdsong. Baby equipment is available upon request. Hiking trails are nearby, as well as the "Tro Breiz" passage. Many sites to discover: the Pink Granite Coast, the island of Bréhat... Beaches 20 minutes away.
