Nickel apartment with beautiful views. Very clean, well equipped, well placed with the beach really right next door and intramuros within walking distance (30min walk along the beach). I highly recommend it and would definitely go back if I get the chance. Lovely and available host.

The location is ideal for enjoying the beaches and shops on foot, but the accommodation is not easily accessible by car. Martine welcomed us very friendly and gave us very useful advice. Nothing to say about cleanliness. Please note that we do not stand on the mezzanine, no worries for us because we have housed the children there, but for the sensitive ones with their backs refrain!

A pretty and comfortable apartment. The view from living room and bedroom is lovely, with the Solidor Tower peeking at you right down the street. The living area is cozy and the bed very comfortable. St. Malo walled city is an easy and pleasant walk away. Marie was a responsive and pleasant host. We loved our stay, and would gladly come back!

Quiet house in a small hamlet, very spacious with many amenities. The insert is really a plus, very pleasant after a day of walking (stay in December) and wood available on site. thank you Jacky. We had a great time in Avignon. Lots of beautiful walks on the GR34 nearby. Not to mention great seafood around the area. We'll be there again.

we had a great stay at Jérôme's place. The cottage is completely renovated everything is new. it welcomed us with a big smile and fires! in addition to the logs in addition to the logs for our stay. Jérôme is a very nice person who gave us good addresses! The accommodation is well equipped. we stayed with our 2 children and a dog. we are 5 minutes from Matignon and 15 minutes from Cape Fehre by car. i recommend it.

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommend.

Booked at VERY short notice (decided to treat ourselves and pay a little more for a larger property with a stunning outlook).Sophie went over and above to ensure it all worked out; her brother kindly welcomed us on our arrival (we were grateful for flexible check in time after early ferry into St. Malo). Thank you both for the welcome items... much appreciated! Helpful texts throughout our stay. The photos do not really do this apartment justice - it exceeded our expectations. Location/views are exceptional. The pristine private grounds ensured this is a peaceful haven to spend a few days. Could not fault anything. Spotlessly clean, warm/comfortable. Secure parking a real bonus and we felt very privileged to have private access to the local beach walkway. Enjoyed daily walks along the scenic promenade and, in view of the good weather, enjoyed walking all the headlands and barely used the car. Lots to see and do nearby. Fabulous and highly recommend! 5* for sure - will be back!

Excellent stay thanks to Florence and her apartment. Close to all amenities, and parking lots (sometimes a little longer to find a spot), we enjoyed our place. The only downside is the size of the bathroom, very small and accessible only through the bedroom. In itself, it remains an anecdote to all the good times spent there (and more generally in Saint-Quay-Portrieux). Thanks to Florence for the good advice and the information she gave us. We will come back, for sure.

Good accommodation but the bedroom mattress is average sore on the back it is toilet and it was cold when we arrived no heating in February. Damage otherwise nice

Perfect for a 2 day stay in Brittany. Well-equipped, very clean and functional apartment. Accommodation close to the sea, possibility of walking/hiking nearby. I would highly recommend it.
