This amount, not included in the booking price, must be paid on-site to the local team upon arrival, when you receive the keys. Bathroom 1 includes a shower, towel warmer, toilet, and sink. - Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be joined to make a queen-size bed). - Bathroom 2 includes a shower, towel warmer, toilet, and sink. - Living area: This is the main living space, comprising the kitchen, a central island with a dining table, and the lounge area. The fitted kitchen includes a 4-burner induction cooktop with integrated extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The lounge area has a large 4-seater sofa, two coffee tables, and two natural rattan armchairs. The exterior features a large terrace with a dining table and two sun loungers, as well as a balcony with a view of the Collioure bell tower. The roller shutters are electric.
