Nestled in a lush valley, just 4 km from the picturesque town of Pont-Audemer, discover our spacious 40 m² studio, which combines charm with practicality. It features a large living room, a brand-new open-plan kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet, all bathed in natural light thanks to its 4 skylights, 2 windows and a French window leading onto a large balcony. Your vehicle will be safe in a paved car park secured by an electric gate, and a garden awaits you for relaxation.

Bed and breakfast by the Seine

By following the Seine from "Le Petit Andely", you will arrive in two minutes at the hamlet of "Ecorchemont" where, in a wooded setting at the foot of the cliffs, you will find an independent house that can accommodate three people. This B&B is located in Ecorchemont, a small hamlet alongside the Seine river, very close to "Les Andelys". A peaceful place between white cliffs and river, planted with trees. We can accommodate three people in an independent house.

The cottage is located on the corner of our house on 3 floors. Within a farmhouse in the countryside (5-hectare property). House having gone through several centuries, work of our ancestors preserved, which we try to preserve as best we can by renovating it. You can sunbathe in the garden, see and feed the animals, walk around the ponds, your children can have fun in the playground. Finally, from the cottage, you are a 20-minute drive to the sea.

My single-story studio is close to Le Havre (UNESCO city), Étretat (its cliffs and Arsène Lupin) and St Jouin De Bruneval (site of the 2nd World War, water sports), 4 km from the airport. You will appreciate it for its golf (18 holes), its parachuting spot (ranked 3rd in France), its bike paths. Totally independent, quiet, it is perfect for couples, solo or business travelers, bikers, accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Nice quiet outbuilding with small bedroom, living room with sofa bed for troubleshooting. Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge for your breakfast. Although there is no kitchen, a private south facing terrace with a small garden and a barbecue will allow you to have your breakfasts and improvised meals in peace. Bed and bath linen is provided. I can offer you 2 bikes free of charge. The accommodation is smoke-free.
