La DATCHA, 40 square meters, by the river and the forest. Charming village in the Iton Valley. You can play sports, walk around the large Lake Acquigny 3 km away, very nice route, games for children, picnic. Equestrian center 800 meters away, canoeing in Louviers 9 km away, the park and gardens of the Château d'Acquigny 3 km away. Walking trails along the river. Chalet cosy, avec terrasse suspendue derrière avec vue sur mer et lesfalaises du Tréport, situé dans un quartier très calme. Cuisine ouverte sur salon, salle à manger, deux chambres, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Buanderie avec machine à laver, sèche linge. Terrain attenant, avec terrasse devant et barbecue. Nous ne prenons pas de supplément pour le ménage, il suffit de rendre le chalet propre et rangé comme à son arrivée.
