Delightful house located on Ilha do Cavaco, designed by architect Claudio Bernardes, comfortably accommodates 8 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. At the top of the island, we have a children's playground, a tennis court, a sauna, a fitness room and a football field. Unique Deck and pool. Kayaks available. Cooking and cleaning service included for an additional fee of 500 Brazilian reais per night; these services are mandatory. Guest transfers and purchases included. Serviced apartment on the mainland with 2 garages.

In front of us there is no street, only the sea, because we are 30 meters above sea level, we have a very wide view and going down in the middle of our garden, you reach our private beach. The house is fully equipped, furnished and decorated. In the house we have 2 bedrooms with double beds in each bedroom; the kitchen is fully equipped, a table on the balcony and another table in the master bedroom, Smart TV, air conditioning that cools the two bedrooms, fan.

The house is located by the sea, on Ilha do Araujo - Paraty R.J. The island of Araújo, is the second largest island of Paraty, which is 5 minutes by taxi boat from the mainland. The embarkation to the island is made at the pier of Praia Grande, a fishing village that is 10 km from the Trevo de Paraty on BR feeling Rio Km 565. The cars are located on the large Beach in private parking. It is forbidden to make a fire, as it is an environmental preservation area.

The house on the island of Jaguanum is a paradise in itself and very special for us. Going there since I was little, it was where I had several adventures, climbed the rocks, swam to another island. Today it has a new look but still has the same essence. We are sharing this little corner for families and people who want to rest, unplug and enjoy the view!
