Amazing place, a view I've never found in another apartment. An old apartment, but very well preserved, large, spacious, everything was perfect, we were 6 people and there was not even one complaint, because it is very large and everything is very spacious. The sunset and the sunrise in this place, it's wonderful. Thank you so much for hosting us Karin, we felt at home and we will DEFINITELY be back very soon. Perfect!!

We spent the holiday in the apartment and loved! Great location, super cozy apartment, with pool and barbecue grill.. and Mr. João is sensational! Communication was excellent, always willing to help and do everything possible for our trip to be enjoyable. I'll come back more often!

The hostess showed agility in the responses and cordiality in the conversations. The space corresponds to the amount paid, being able to easily host 8 people, in addition to being located in a very quiet street and a few meters from the beach. It makes up for a lot!

I highly recommend to stay at Maria’s house. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is also ideally located close the beach and the centre. Maria and her family are very kind and welcoming . They even prepared coffee and cake at our arrival. Maria sent us many recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat. We were sad to leave and we wanted to stay longer .

The house is very cozy. Daniela and Sabrina (who is the person who received us there) are thoughtful and kind. The accommodation is a little far from the beach if you want to walk. I traveled with friends and how we were talking on the way it was quiet. The house is accessed by a staircase. If you travel with the elderly, it can be a bit uncomfortable. The house is cute! The owner Ana Paula was very friendly and attentive, the caretaker Mr Petrônio served us very well, the apartment is great, large, clean, well located, close to snack bars and ice cream shops, it is possible to reach the beach on foot. The condo is very well maintained, the common areas well clean and organized, the pool clean, trimmed grass, I recommend!

I felt at home! Everything was spotless when I arrived. Roberto, Marzi's husband, was extremely careful and polite at the reception and on the tour of the apartment. Dress, kitchen, bathroom, towels… all very clean and tidy. I highly recommend the apartment!

We had an incredible time! The location is great, the condominium is very good, the staff too. The house is very well equipped with everything of high quality. Plates, cutlery, platters, glasses, bowls, appliances… many beach chairs, ball, board… I would go back and recommend it.

Real estate in great place, we don't miss anything. Close to everything, bakery, restaurants, snack bars…The apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen with various accessories (although we used only cutlery and dishes), because of the location we do not feel the need to cook. Very polite porter. Only leaving an alert for the other tenants, the region is full of beggars, which does not take away the beauty of the beach, but some bother a little. Besides, we want to go back again and again.

I loved the apartment, has a Protective screen and mosquito net screen in all the windows, which was great because we took our kitty and he can be at ease in the apartment while we enjoy the beach. The place has everything to leave the guest at will, good television, appliances, water filter, barbecue, cart with chairs and cooler to take the beach, amenities that make all the difference. The host is very attentive and friendly.

The condominium is very secure, the apartment and comfortable, the mall can go by, the cost of the mall restaurant and good, it has a drink deposit, a bakery and a market that you can buy the essentials, in addition to pharmacy, It is near the waterfall where you can take a walk to get to it. Sahy beach is empty with very quiet waters. I went to visit the Imperial Mirante and Ruinas de Sao Marcos (recommend) . Relating to Silvia and very friendly and helpful. I'll come back because this time it rained and I couldn't enjoy much.
