Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

I would like to record the immense satisfaction of myself and my family for the lodging in the apt of Mr. Manoel. We were in 4, being a baby. Impeccable apt, perfect functionality, excellent cleaning (I have rhinitis and always suffer/I have ZERO problems. I felt comfortable). Condominium and beach service equally impeccable, helpful and flexible! Amazing structure! We'll be back for sure and recommend c/mta satisfaction. Everyone is to be congratulated for the services provided!

The host Guilherme super gentle and flexible, the apartment was extremely clean and like in the photos. It has many useful and proper utensils for the beach. The infrastructure of the condominium is top, the pool is very good. The view is wonderful, and the area is close to the beach, my mother didn't want to leave 🤣 We will definitely come back more often. 🙏💕

This was our first experience in the App…And we were glad it all went well.When Fernando always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly,demonstrating ready to help. To what is up to the Ap we feel well at home, clean and organized environment,utensil in the basic kitchen but the necessary. The local staff are very attentive/polite. And the beach service was the icing on the cake we love. We'll definitely be back and you're already saved to your favorites. Note:Our pet tb amou 😄

Great. All as advertised. Spotless cleaning. It still had a dryer and coffee machine. Every day there is housekeeping. The condominium is Great, has free ice machine, which makes it much easier, in addition to the 24h market on the roof. Super close to the beach, I'll definitely come back more often!

Full apto, very cozy, sunshine, good ventilation, overlooking the beach, you can hear the sound of the sea, a quiet place. As for Valéria, very attentive, was a great host, congratulations!!!

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

House is just like the ad, very clean and has all the utensils you need. The location is great, the condominium is in front of the beach, you only need to cross a street. Daniel is super attentive and quick to respond to messages. The only “problem” for us was that there is only 1 parking space in the garage, as we were in two cars, we had to pay parking, but other than that, I highly recommend! We hope to come back more often.

Wonderful cozy house, all very organized. Amei everything has a supermarket bakery and pharmacy very close to the house. Laura is to be congratulated. Let's return soon

This place is fantastic, the photos on the listing don’t do it justice. It was the perfect, peaceful retreat from carnaval in the city. We had a group of 12 people stay here, and it was perfect for us. The management was very helpful. They helped us book a private boat to Ilha Grande, and coordinate meal plans with Ivanildes, their cook. Ivanildes deserves an award for her cooking. She kept us well-fed with homemade dishes and desserts, and even prepared a meal for us to take on the boat. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect, but I cannot say enough for the staff who took great care of us.. especially Ivanildes! Would definitely come back with a group this size. If you are considering this for your group, do it. You will not regret it!

Our stay at home was excellent! Place is clean, airy and well-maintained. The beach is simply beautiful and is close by. The house is well-equipped, with everything we need for comfortable and quiet days. Our family loved every moment.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood great for family looking for a vacation break, apartment was clean and provided the necessary for stay, as well as Jean's welcome and care to explain about the condominium and make it even easier to stay! We'll be back more often!

Our stay was excellent. Apartment with a great location, practically 3 blocks of the beach, very clean and organized, enough kitchen utensils for a stay with convenience, we had all the necessary information and we still got bonbons. We will definitely return!

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

I spent the last 5 days in this home with my family. Tiago welcomed us very well, explained everything we needed, and the Jailson all the time in contact with us to find out if we needed anything, always careful with us. About the accommodation, I can say that it was unforgettable days that we spent, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures, all very clean, comfortable and an amazing view. We take advantage of all the amenities offered, the access to the beach is very close and you can walk, I did not have to use the car. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever spent. Congratulations Jailson, and we will definitely return!!!

I was with family and friends staying in host Daniel's apartment, the space is as publicized in the photos, clean, organized, a very cozy environment. We felt at home, at another opportunity we'll be back for sure. Daniel always helpful in answering our questions.

Very nice, clean, cosy and well furnished flat just one block from a wonderful beach. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I didn't have time to use the facilities like swimming pool, gym, etc. I can only tell for the flat itself and it was truly top!
