The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, we feel super good to stroll the night on the beach. only negative point, it would not be the house but the road to get to picinguaba, as it needs urgent repairs. But other than that, we would return without a doubt. Aline is extremely friendly and attentive, it was fully available to solve any problem that might arise.

Very friendly and helpful host. Town council helped us by lending us a cooler. The whole house decorated with napkins and tappets, which made us worried not to spoil or get dirty . The only things that should be reviewed and reviewed are the air conditioned, the front room ( split) very weak (probably lack of gas) and the other dormitory (window air) very noisy.

The apartment is excellent. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay, good shower and plenty of water and air conditioning that freezes well. The condominium is very well organized and the neighbors were all very quiet during our stay. The mattresses are good - I just note that the double mattress is sprung, so those who are used to firmer mattresses may be a little surprised. You can find everything around the apartment: bars, restaurants, market; the aquarium and beach are within walking distance. For the region, the value is excellent. I also highlight the service of the staff by phone and in person of the janitor, S. Valdir, everyone was very helpful and provided information necessary for the stay. Negative point: the wifi is the building and it was a little unstable, but for simple things it is possible to use with peace of mind.

The apartment is small (similar to the size of a hotel room) but it's great. We stayed in 2 people and did not have any difficulty with the accommodation during the 5 days hosted. It was delivered very clean and organized, and has all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as microwave, fogao, oven, working perfectly. The location is great, this is close to markets, pharmacies and banks, as well as being close to the beach (big beach). It is still possible to walk to the center of Itaguá (walk approx. 20 min). Mauritius was very attentive to check-in because we were going to arrive in the morning, the apartment was very clean and well located, however it does not have towels or sheets, which is a problem if they travel without a car. The location is great, close to markets and beaches

The house is very cozy. Daniela and Sabrina (who is the person who received us there) are thoughtful and kind. The accommodation is a little far from the beach if you want to walk. I traveled with friends and how we were talking on the way it was quiet. The house is accessed by a staircase. If you travel with the elderly, it can be a bit uncomfortable. The house is cute! Sahy beach is empty with very quiet waters. I went to visit the Imperial Mirante and Ruinas de Sao Marcos (recommend) . Relating to Silvia and very friendly and helpful.
