The hostess showed agility in the responses and cordiality in the conversations. The space corresponds to the amount paid, being able to easily host 8 people, in addition to being located in a very quiet street and a few meters from the beach. It makes up for a lot!

I highly recommend to stay at Maria’s house. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is also ideally located close the beach and the centre. Maria and her family are very kind and welcoming . They even prepared coffee and cake at our arrival. Maria sent us many recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat. We were sad to leave and we wanted to stay longer .

The house is very cozy. Daniela and Sabrina (who is the person who received us there) are thoughtful and kind. The accommodation is a little far from the beach if you want to walk. I traveled with friends and how we were talking on the way it was quiet. The house is accessed by a staircase. If you travel with the elderly, it can be a bit uncomfortable. The house is cute! Excellent stay in Hicham's apartment, very comfortable in the place, the truth to recommend and come back every time we are in Ubatuba, a pleasure to have stayed in that nice place. Hicham is very attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The owner Ana Paula was very friendly and attentive, the caretaker Mr Petrônio served us very well, the apartment is great, large, clean, well located, close to snack bars and ice cream shops, it is possible to reach the beach on foot. The condo is very well maintained, the common areas well clean and organized, the pool clean, trimmed grass, I recommend!

We had an incredible time! The location is great, the condominium is very good, the staff too. The house is very well equipped with everything of high quality. Plates, cutlery, platters, glasses, bowls, appliances… many beach chairs, ball, board… I would go back and recommend it.

I and my family very much liked the apt. of Márcio Gil. The apartment is comfortable for a family of 4. It has central heating, where the shower is the high point of comfort. It has all the appliances to make a breakfast among other meals. The double bed is very comfortable. Márcio is a great host, very attentive and always available to resolve any questions or needs. Luciana's accommodation, managed by Rossana, is perfect! Returning from the beach, there are vigorous showers, comfortable beds, good quality bed and bath linens, soft and fragrant. Arriving at the peak, dive into the pool. Zero regrets! The apartment is great! Clean, cozy, large, spacious. A charm! The gourmet balcony is perfect for a family barbecue. The kitchen has everything you need. Highlight for the two refrigerators, the good washing machine and the variety of appliances. The condominium is safe, clean, with friendly staff. Third time in Ubatuba and it was the best location. Although the nearby beach is not good, there are fantastic walks from there, and it is worth walking on the boardwalk. Itaguá is a central neighborhood for trips to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to having everything nearby (restaurants, snack bars, bakeries, markets,...), in addition to Tamar and the aquarium. And Rossana is a ninja at solving problems. Don't worry! This is my home in Ubatuba!

I loved the apartment, has a Protective screen and mosquito net screen in all the windows, which was great because we took our kitty and he can be at ease in the apartment while we enjoy the beach. The place has everything to leave the guest at will, good television, appliances, water filter, barbecue, cart with chairs and cooler to take the beach, amenities that make all the difference. The host is very attentive and friendly.
