The house is located 50m from the amazing beach of Costa Rei. The house is on ground floor and itself comprises of two bedroom and living room with a fully equipped kitchen area. There are two bathrooms, one of which is located between two bedrooms and it is provided with a shower and bidet. The other one is outside the property. In addition there is outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a garden. There is the possibility to eat outside even cooking by the fireplace, under the loggia placed in front of the kitchen. This year a complete renovation has been done to the house, adding modern amenities.

First floor apartment with veranda and breathtaking views, less than 100 meters from the beach and private parking space. A double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, washing machine and bathroom with shower. There is also a shower in the walkway to the beach. The beach facing the apartment is free, but right next to the condominium there is a kiosk that manages the beach equipment (for a fee).

Casa Cannas – Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.
