Holiday rentals with a pool in Costa Rei

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

We stayed for one week at Villa Turandot and it was fantastic. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the house was more than spacious enough for us all, with ample bathrooms. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Aircon was really appreciated. The large terrace upstairs is perfect for dining, playing games and daytime reading with lots of spots to hide yourself away. The pool was amazing - big enough to count and such a welcome respite from the Sardinian heat..we noted there weren't many properties in Torre Delle that had this luxury. We split our time between the pool and the local beach, which is less than 10 mins walk away. It's a lovely spot, crystal clear seas and very safe. We spent lots of time at the very chilled Cafe Do Mar there, nice vibes. Enrico was a great host, very helpful with excellent communications.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

The house is very well maintained and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, friendliness. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well cared for, clean and welcoming. As well as spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via AirBnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a telephone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organisation of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful house steps away from the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

We had a wonderful stay in Luisanna's house with our 2 children (4 & 1 year). Luisanna welcomed us very nicely and showed us the house and the great pool. The house is as described and offers everything you need. The outdoor shower has warm water, so you don't have to use the slightly smaller shower in the bathroom at all. You can reach the beach of Solanas in 5 minutes by car. You can park there for free and have something to eat and drink in the cosy beach restaurant. A car is definitely an advantage. We highly recommend it.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

The accommodation fully met our expectations. We always cooked ourselves, because the restaurants were completely overpriced. We were also able to enjoy the wonderful sunset at dinner. Simonetta has often contacted us and asked. We can recommend this accommodation.

A perfect stay. Alessandro was an excellent host, meeting us at both check-in and check-out, offering to help with luggage and even lovingly preparing a welcome snack of fruits and meats, and stocking the cupboards with essentials. The apartment was amazing - roller black out blinds for the kids, pristine swimming pool and sun deck, all the amenities, aircon, and even a BBQ which we used twice. Everything was thought through and well catered for. Location-wise, it suited us perfectly - never a problem with noise, parking, a park 5 minutes away, a small shop 1 minute away, and just a 5-10 minute walk into town. As for Pula and South Sardinia itself - perfect; incredible beaches, great food and friendly locals.

The listing is exactly as described in the listing. Everything in perfect condition. The apartment is in a private and secure set with a pool. The hosts are very thoughtful, on our arrival there was at the center table a tray of Sardinian sweets, in the bathroom a kit of shower gel, shampoo and body cream, liquid soap in the sink. Communication was very easy and fast.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia responded quickly and got it working again. Thank you Patrizia!

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic location, a minute's walk to a sandy beach with crystal clear waters, with lots of space. A few minutes walk to every kind of shop you need including a pharmacy, fish shop, supermarket, news agent, etc. Great restaurants and bars nearby, andalso many beach bars. The beautiful garden contains a private pool, which we used a lot. Perfect for families. The accommodation could be considered a bit tired, but this is outweighed by all the positives. Overall this is a fantastic house in a perfect location.

Nice villa, big enough for 6 people, loved the pool and privacy. I can highly recommend it.

The house with the pool, garden and absolute dream beach, was great. The kitchen was a bit small to cook for 5 people. But the rooms, garden and terrace offered a lot of space and space. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back! It's a great location!
