We are excited to share our new Italian seaside home with you - just 10 minutes away by foot to the beach. A home built in the 80s by Italian agronomists who planted a beautiful garden adorned with cedar, olive, and rose pepper trees. The villa boasts a beautiful patio where you can relax and enjoy the serenity of Feraxi - sounds of birds, seaside waves and quietness. What stands out the most however is dining in our courtyard under a beautiful lemon tree.

A serene outdoor area features a sparkling swimming pool surrounded by well-maintained greenery. Comfortable lounge chairs are placed beside the pool, with a shaded area provided by a large umbrella. The villa's rustic stone structure complements the tranquil setting under a clear blue sky.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an outdoor BBQ grill, large garden, swimming pool and a whirlpool (not heated). 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach.
