Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Costa del Silencio

We loved it and the place was just as we imagined it. We would like to emphasize that the apartment was really very clean and the kitchen is well equipped! Poris de Abona is a nice little village, with a sand/pebble beach and also a small promenade with sunbathing areas and bathing ladders. Also, the place has easy access to the highway, so you can easily explore the whole island. Here we loved Susanna's tips and we had a nice time. The terrace of the apartment with sunbeds is quiet and cozy. It is about 5 minutes on foot to the sea. A small supermarket is right around the corner too. We enjoyed it very much, we would book again anytime.

Small beautiful cottages in the middle of a banana plantation... insanely beautiful! We felt super comfortable. Large parking lot and only a few metres from the houses. Each house has a terrace that was perfect for breakfast or relaxing evenings. (A few salamanders like to stop by briefly in the morning) The bathroom is really nice & modern, the kitchen is super equipped (although without a dishwasher, but you don't need it) but with all the others & a coffee machine. The pool looked clean, but we didn't use it at all. The reading corner as a lounge is a dream!!! We were more than satisfied. :)

The place is a beautiful gem. Luckily, we booked very early, otherwise it would have been gone. We can only recommend it to everyone. Lupe also provided us with many tips from the surrounding area and always made us feel welcome.

We were very well received by Armando, who gave us good advice for eating on the evening of our arrival and on the places to visit. Armando is very smiling and friendly, ready to help if needed. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and the terrace offers a beautiful view of el Teide! Thank you very much Armando for our short stay in Santiago de Teide!

Amazing spot, views are incredible and the villa is very accommodating. Cameron was great with flexibility and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here if we were to return!

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Maria's house is in a very quiet and practical neighborhood as a starting point for excursions. A short walk from the house is a beautiful bay that offers the first glimpses of a beautiful island. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood. The house offers everything you need. Thanks to Maria and Tamara for their hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!

Fabulous apartment in great location with amazing views. In a local area within 5 minutes walk of plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. Not really a tourist area but the local environment was very friendly and prices of food and drink very reasonable and cheaper than the San Blas area which was only a 20 minute walk away. Bus stops very close and good service. If you want a peaceful holiday with sun on the terrace from mid-morning to sunset and a great welcome from locals then this apartment is ideal.

Excellent week spent at Lucia's home. The apartment is in perfect condition, there is really everything a family with children can need (children's dishes, umbrella, beach games...). It's very quiet. It feels like home and the kids too. The bedding is very good, we slept very well. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The gated parking is very convenient. Lucia is welcoming and considerate. You can go there without a second thought.

Apartment with a splendid view. Clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. In the quiet area of Los Cristianos but a stone's throw from the centre. Supermarket, pharmacy and bar directly below the house. Gabriella's kindness and helpfulness made the stay perfect.

The apartment is easily accessible from the airport with two very nearby bus stops. It is a small, well-kept apartment, which is well habitable for two. Depending on body size, the sleeping option can be a little small (at 198cm it slowly gets tight). The kitchen is well suited for cooking with the kitchen island, even if the stove is a little small. The balcony is cozy and you have a nice view of the Teide from there on a clear day. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Restaurants and bars are across the street, but they also make for a certain volume. The sea can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. Otherwise, there is not too much going on in the area, so if you are looking for a small apartment to relax, this is the place.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything a traveler needs. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Extremely easy communication with the host. We have never said this before- but if Tenerife - we will come back again.

Perfect check-in, we really appreciated that there was water and a carton of milk in addition to the bubble bath. Convenient location for getting to all the places of interest in the south. Parking always found easily even if not always very close

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.
