Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa Careyes

Excellent Airbnb. It has everything you need for a relaxed stay. It has a very spacious and comfortable balcony/ terrace for breakfast or a few beers in the afternoon. It has a great location, 3 blocks from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Important: It is close to the route to go to Barra de Navidad, a must visit if you stay in Melaque. Florence kittens come to visit you constantly and are sociable, we love animals but should be aware of it if they are allergic. Absolutely recommend staying at this Airbnb for several days

Very quiet, and a very comfortable space to go as a couple.

Second time staying in Jorge and Natalia's apartment, communication with Natalia was always very good as well as attention, the apartment is very clean and comfortable. Very likely to stay here a third time

The place is very nice, spacious,very ventilated, it has everything you need. Mrs. Consuelo super friendly was aware of us in case we needed anything. She is grateful to have a host like her.

Great welcoming and cosy place close to the beach. Got great and useful information the day before we arrived. Jacky was at the location most of the days and we had a number in to reach her if we needed anything. I hope I get the opportunity to go back soon again!

Sandra's home is beautiful and offers amazing views of the bay. Very bright, spacious, and comfortable. Our housekeeper, Sol was a delight. Sandra was very attentive to our minor concerns. We were very grateful for the pool after long hikes on the beach. If the "Hippy Palace" is also occupied, privacy is compromised. Guests must walk through the outdoor space and in front of the large patio doors to access their space. Not a big deal except the large windows and open concept impact privacy. Fortunately, we shared this outdoor space with respectful guests and we became friends. Sandra's home is 1 km from the beach and town. You need to be fit and mobile to walk into town. The road is steep Cabs are usually available. C$7-8.00 each way. If you plan on driving here best to ensure there is parking available. When you book try to determine if there is a rodeo in town during your stay. The Plaza del Toro is in very close and a Mexican rodeo is a very loud event lasting till 2-3:00 am.

Loved this place! This house was absolutely beautiful, honestly felt like a dream home. It had everything we needed and more, and the vibe was just perfect for a beach getaway. We made some really special memories here, and I was actually sad to leave today. Big thanks to the host for letting us stay in such an amazing place. If you're thinking about booking it, go for it! You won’t regret it!

Jorge and Belen were amazing hosts. Melanque is a wonderful town. Groceries and lots of restaurants are 5 min walk. Beach is beautiful. Loved our stay.

Darrell’s place is the perfect amount of privacy with walkable area. Everything we needed and wanted in Barra was easy to get to. The condo was everything we wanted and more. Darrell gave excellent suggestions that made our trip very special.

This was our third stay at Joyce's place, and we simply love visiting Boca de Iguanas. The condo is beautiful and spacious, with a terrace overlooking the sea that’s perfect for meals. The kitchen is super well-equipped, ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. The beach is stunning—peaceful, relaxing, and spacious. Whether you want to swim, take a walk, or simply soak up the sun, it’s a fantastic spot. Joyce's property also features a gorgeous garden surrounded by the end of a river, home to a variety of birds and iguanas—an absolute delight to admire. Just a heads-up: there’s only a small store nearby where you can find basics like ice and beer for the beach. I recommend bringing your own food so you can focus on nothing but relaxing. Nely is always there to take care of anything you might need regarding the condo, and Joyce is very responsive and helpful if you need her as well.

Wonderful! Neighbors were very helpful. Would have liked to know in advance that only peso’s were acceptable, and that pool was shared with public campground.

Good place to spend a relaxed end, the village is very quiet. The apartment is less than 5 minutes from the beach, it is a quiet beach without many waves. Everything as described in the post, the only thing is that the pool is cold, from there everything is perfect.
