Excellent Airbnb. It has everything you need for a relaxed stay. It has a very spacious and comfortable balcony/ terrace for breakfast or a few beers in the afternoon. It has a great location, 3 blocks from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Important: It is close to the route to go to Barra de Navidad, a must visit if you stay in Melaque. Florence kittens come to visit you constantly and are sociable, we love animals but should be aware of it if they are allergic. Absolutely recommend staying at this Airbnb for several days

It is a great place for stay and hope will visit again soon. Clean and big room & bathroom. Kitchen is big and everything looks modern and beautiful. Comfortable bed.

What a beautiful place, step out on the deck with your coffee and watch sunrise over a beautiful Lagoon,while Birds of all shapes and sizes soar around above. The pool and Landscaping are easily cover material for any design magazine. We felt safe, secure, and the locals are very friendly.

We loved the accommodation, as described, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything super clean and tidy, air conditioning works perfect, we loved the pool area with tables and chairs to spend the afternoon or have breakfast, very close to chamela, caramela and Punta Perula. I highly recommend it.

We loved being right in the neighborhood and interacting with the local residents. We are pickleball players and there are courts within a 5 minute walk. The yard is very private and the pool is great. We were there for little over 2 weeks and there were only other guests on the weekends Mayra, the resident caretaker is wonderful, she responded within minutes to any concerns. The place is a little rustic, but we really enjoyed it and it has everything we need. We didn't have a car and the walk to town took roughly 30 minutes. I would recommend this property

It was a pleasant stay, the residence has all the amenities and excellent comfort, of all the rooms, the enjoyment of the pool that was one of the things that was sought was surprised by the design and very clean, I recommend if you want to spend a few pleasant days on a Christmas bar.

Gabriela’s place was great! This home was able to accommodate 14 members of our family comfortably. We loved how each room had its own bathroom and shower. It allowed efficiency and privacy. We definitely will be returning to Gabriela’s home.

Upon my arrival the reception was punctual and not to waste time in receiving the house, the delivery was immediate with clear indications of the services, the treatment was pleasant and kind, the house is large comfortable and I agree that although it is not on the beach we are in a conforming or acceptable distance, rooms and bathrooms very wide we piped some details but they were resolved immediately, certainly very acceptable value for money, I hope to come back soon.

We had a great stay in Barra de Navidad. It was nice to be able to take a 10 minute walk to town or a water taxi to and from the malecon.

We stayed a group of friends with couples (7 people) and we were very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the pool in excellent condition and the audio system that has is a plus to have a good time, recommended to ask them to come by you to go to Restaurante Colimilla. Communication with Rodrigo was very good!

Beautiful home, it was just what we needed for our family vacation. Host response time was awesome, answered all questions. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, clean pool, a/c. Would book again:)

the apartment very nice has everything you need in the kitchen . swims the air conditioner throws water in the hallway it gets slippery the floor, little space in the uncomfortable shower in the baths the curtain is stuck to the body but everything else is very good, I'll definitely be back very soon

This was our third stay at Joyce's place, and we simply love visiting Boca de Iguanas. The condo is beautiful and spacious, with a terrace overlooking the sea that’s perfect for meals. The kitchen is super well-equipped, ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. The beach is stunning—peaceful, relaxing, and spacious. Whether you want to swim, take a walk, or simply soak up the sun, it’s a fantastic spot. Joyce's property also features a gorgeous garden surrounded by the end of a river, home to a variety of birds and iguanas—an absolute delight to admire. Just a heads-up: there’s only a small store nearby where you can find basics like ice and beer for the beach. I recommend bringing your own food so you can focus on nothing but relaxing. Nely is always there to take care of anything you might need regarding the condo, and Joyce is very responsive and helpful if you need her as well.
