This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

La Pared is located just a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we absolutely recommend a rental car.

Ola Cotillo! II is located on the seafront, in the seaside village of Cotillo, north of the island of Fuerteventura. Fully equipped and distributed over two floors, it has a kitchen with everything you need, a living room with a sofa bed, and a smart TV. A bedroom with a comfortable bed, a full bathroom, and a terrace with ocean views. On the top floor, a solarium where you can enjoy the best sunsets, an experience that will test your senses.

This beautiful apartment is a real oasis of tranquility with magnificent sea views. It is located in the very well maintained and quiet private complex Hibiscus I. It was completely renovated in 2024 and is equipped to a high standard. The extensive, bright sandy beach of Costa Calma is 650 meters away. Three minutes' walk away are several restaurants and places for shopping. Plenty of parking is available very close by.

Our sweet little villa was completely renovated and refurbished in 2023/24. It consists of a 40 m² light-flooded large living-dining and cooking area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the unique desert landscape. A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables overlooking the Atlantic Ocean ensures a feel-good factor A bathroom with window shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet.
