CASA GATTI, una obra de diseño en Fuerteventura, fusiona la sofisticación con la simplicidad. El interior, construido con materiales locales, refleja una armonía única. This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Beautiful villa with private pool, just 200-400m away from Sotavento/ Costa Calma and its one of a kind beaches in Europe. The villa is the perfect place for wind- and kite surfers (Rene Egli Pro Center is 700m away) or guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the benefits of having all you need in close proximity (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beaches, sports facilities, etc.). The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.

This glass house, with private infinity pool, aims to lessen the barrier between structure and nature. Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

We've created specially cared for spaces for rest and relaxation, also perfect for remote working. A starting point for discovering different enclaves of Fuerteventura. Located in the Playa Paraiso development, next to the "Jandía Natural Park". 2 km from downtown Costa Calma, we have all amenities.

Beach Love

Located directly golden sandy beach, the basement apartment is located in the Bahia Playa complex. There are 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, 1 bathroom with shower cabin and a spacious living area. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The terrace with chairs and sun loungers invites you to linger. A private pool, direct beach access and sea views also characterize the apartment.

A nice 180m2 villa with ocean views and a private pool, located next to the beach (2 min walk). The villa has private parking and is fully equipped with a new modern kitchen (February 2021) and has extras such as a ceramic hob with an extractor fan included, a wine cooler, and basic utensils (juicer, toaster, pressure cooker, ...) A few minutes walk to Sotavento Beach, one of Europe's best beaches, and Jandía Natural Park.
