We offer you accommodation in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, retaining its rustic and practical character. It has a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, featuring a kitchen, bathroom and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BBQS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Downstairs, 2 bedrooms measuring 3.1x3.8 m and 2.8x3.8 m are rented, each with its own bathroom measuring 2.2x2.5 m. The entrance to the rooms is independent. The host lives in the rest of the house. Guests rent 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a 50 m² saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a 30 m² porch with magnificent ocean views, a 200 m² garden, and parking.

Can Martí is a studio, located on the ground floor of our house, with completely independent access. Ideal for couples. It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking "Les Gavarres", where you can spend a few days relaxing on the Costa Brava, where you will feel right at home, as one of our priorities is to respect your privacy. The property consists of two independent dwellings on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two private terraces. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
