On the ground floor there is a hallway, a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a simple bathroom and a room for the washing machine. From the ground floor you can access a private garden where you can soak up the sun and relax and where you can have a small barbecue. On the first floor there is a full bathroom, a double bedroom with a bedroom and a double room with a double bed with a dressing room.
