Monthly Rentals in Cortez

This place was a great reprieve from our travels! It was ideal because even though it’s super-close to downtown Cortez, it had a rural feeling. The peace and quiet was refreshing, and we very much enjoyed the outdoor space. Complete with a fenced yard, so we didn’t have to worry about our dogs, and patio furniture and a gas fireplace, we wanted to spend even more time outdoors enjoying the views of the Mesa Verde mesas, and local farms. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, with easy access making it super convenient for exploring the area. What really stood out was the host’s professionalism and friendliness. Communication was prompt and helpful from start to finish, and they went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly during my stay. We loved our stay at Sarah’s charming bungalow in Cortez! The eclectic decor and vibrant art throughout the house made it feel so fun and welcoming, and it was the perfect cozy home base for our Mesa Verde adventures. The location was super convenient—close to everything—and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our three kids were thrilled to find toys and games inside, and the backyard was perfect for relaxing while they played outside. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place is truly fantastic. Great host, amazing location, thoughtful design, spacious, private, comfortable, cozy. I would stay here again without hesitation!
