Monthly Rentals in Coquitlam

Shawn was friendly and responsive, room was comfortable and had enough space to store our 4 pieces of luggage which was great. We enjoyed the coffee maker and coffee in the bedroom, it was such a nice surprise. We don’t have a car, but didn’t have a problem using the bus. There is a bus stop right across the house with buses going every 15-30 minutes (depending where you’re going) and closest grocery store is 1.5km away. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Several times I have tried to stay at Sophie's place but I don't really know if is bad luck or something else... the thing I can clearly see, is that this is a place where people love to stay... it is so quiet, so cozy and so clean that I am sure these are one of the reasons I can't find my turn, lol. I have talked to Sophie and she is the most amazing and welcoming person ever... I made a promise to her and is to book well in advance so I can enjoy this incredible place.

My one-month stay at Neda’s residence in Coquitlam was exceptional. The property was impeccably clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped for long-term stays. Neda was an outstanding host—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. The location is also ideal, with convenient access to transit, shopping, and green spaces. I sincerely appreciate her warm hospitality and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
