Close to Mundy Park, Como Lake, Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex, SFU, supermarket, Starbucks, Liquor store, Banks. Downtown Vancouver is 35-40 minutes sky train ride. You can enjoy walking trails on Coquitlam Crunch, Shoreline Trail . During summer time you can visit Sasamat and Bantzen lakes , one of the warmest lakes in Metro Vancouver with great sandy beaches.

It is a quiet residential area with lots of trees & mountain view, only mins from shopping, restaurants, aquatic & rec centres, lakes, ocean & more. Skytrain, WCE & bus station is less than 10 min walk or 5 min drive away giving quick easy access to Downtown Vancouver & surrounding cities. I look forward to meeting & hosting you in my home. Brand-new custom suite. 1 Bedroom with 1 Queen bed (Sleeps 2 guests) + Living Room (Sleeps 2 guests on two foam mattresses)+ Office Desk + attached bathroom/shower. The suite has its own living room with Shaw Cable TV - Netflix. Parking included. The suite also has a microwave and fridge in a small no cooking partial kitchenette. There is a full size desk that lowers and raises along with a nice quality office chair with 3 adjustment bars.

Starlight Poolside Suite is a perfect one-bedroom guest suite in my detached house in Coquitlam’s Ranch Park neighbourhood. Coq Centre Mall, West Coast Express Train and Skytrain all within a 15 minute drive! You can walk to all these but as I am on a hill, you may wish to take transit or a cab back (5 mins). The comfy king bed can be split into two twin XL beds upon request. Shared backyard and heated pool (POOL OPEN JUN THRU SEPT).

Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 45 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.
