German and understand Italian.

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and hammock, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.

The "stable house" has undergone a major transformation with the love of the history of the house in mind. You will find old beams on the first floor and giant windows in the kitchen and lounge/study from when the house was used as stables. This calm retreat is located right by the beautiful lakes of Copenhagen. Østerbro is a great area on the border of Nørrebro and the inner city, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, and sights.
