You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Mountain retreat half mile from Boulder

Current Covid-19 precautions: Airbnb's current covid regulations, all surfaces wiped down with bleach solution, all linens changed out between guests, etc. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows. Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. Very quiet!
