Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cook's Bay

Elias' place was a wonderful getaway for our group of 3 families. We all have toddler aged children, the space is very accommodating for them, the beach is 30 seconds walk away from the home and there are children's toys and books that Elias offered for us to share in. The water is really nice, great dock access. About 2ft deep at the dock and fairly weedy, you have to swim out about 30-40m to get to deeper water for a nice swim. The paddleboard worked really well for us! Outdoor patio space is fantastic, there is a large umbrella for shade for the sectional and the outdoor dining table. BBQ, outdoor shower, swing, children swings and slide, and fire pit all made for a very pleasant experience. Hot tub was lovely and comfortably sits 4. Kitchen was lovely and fully stocked, has everything you might need to cook your meals. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Elias was great and communicative, we look forward to our next stay!

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Gave a fantastic vibe. The hot stub was clean, private and lovely. You wont be disappointed whatsoever here. Thank you for being a fantastic host Rebecca.

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

I was more than lucky to have found Natalie’s place, it’s in a great neighbourhood, place was exactly like the photos & as described, and the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered in this app. Natalie was always more than accommodating with my requests & responded on time. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage in Innisfil! The location is absolutely stunning—waking up to serene lake views every morning was pure bliss. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the lake. We can’t wait to come back!

Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! We had a lovely stay at Wendy’s place! Beautiful location right next to a river with a gorgeous back yard. It was a short drive to excellent hiking on the Bruce trail. The apartment had all the amenities we needed (including lots of coffee!), was very clean and super cozy. Wendy was very responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and pretty spot for a quiet getaway!

Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

I had the most incredible weekend at Elliott Tree Farm! The property is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, welcoming, and the perfect, private escape into nature. I stayed with my dogs (all 13 of them), and we all had the best time exploring and relaxing. Derek went above and beyond and was an amazing host — incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. You can really tell he puts his heart into making sure guests have a great experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Kate's retreat is a perfect getaway from the city. Quiet, private, with lots of nature surrounding the cottage. The sauna, hot tub, and fireflies at night - were the extras on top. Thanks so much.

We loved our mini getaway! We had everything we needed and more! Sleeping was a dream. Comfy bed (and cozy couch!) Chilled by the fire…. Wandered the road…. Peaceful vibes. Kyle and his wife have thought of everything….from the record player to playing some cards by the fire! Thank you for hosting us. We rented 2 cottages on same premises for this booking, and hosts were able to accomodate our needs. Very responsive hosts, with clear instructions and descriptions of the place. Unit 4B is our fave place to hang as its closer to the river and has bright space. Back Porch is enclosed with glass window and screen for night hang out place when you wanna avoid mosquitos outside and/if it’s raining outside. You still feel like youre outside with the comfort of staying inside :) 4A is nice if guests wants privacy at night, coz its has 2 queen size bed and bunk bed (3 BR). Both cottages can use all the water activity stuff. Nice to fish here too. Bonfire at night is great as well with free fire woods from the hosts. Location from Toronto is great, as you will feel like youre far away but it’s just 1.5hrs drive.

We didn’t realize the cottage was attached to another. But it worked out well. Grant was great and we felt it was private… just closer than expected. The lake is across a seldom used road. We could not have had a nicer host.
