Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cook's Bay

My husband and I spent our first year anniversary at Lanny & Jennifer’s beautiful property. Right from the start, they made us feel right at home by greeting us and giving us a walk through of the property. We never felt so at home at an air b n b! The place is so well kept - clean, smelled great & had all the essentials. We felt safe and at home throughout the stay. The pool was well kept and the laundry was an amazing addition. The neighbour hood is quiet and close to all the stores. The hosts were extremely personable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

This is my second time staying here and it was just as comfortable and quiet as I remembered from my first trip. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Newmarket.

I had a great experience staying here. Gaby provides clear instructions before arrival for an easy and private check-in. I didn’t need to use many of the amenities during my stay, but it has everything you may need and there is plenty of space. Highly recommend if you need lodging in the northern Toronto suburbs!

Mariam was a great host - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was beautifully furnished and had lots of games available for us. Kitchen was very spacious and bedding was comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Everything was great down to every little detail. Soaps, shampoo, Conditioner, towels, toothpaste and new brushes in case you forgot yours. Coffee, tea and sugar, water bottles and ice in the freezer. Every detail was perfect. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Only negative... is you can hear the main level apartment (living space) people walking around if heavy footed... but in general that was not a problem and not a complaint. Just an FYI for future renters.

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! I rented unit for my parents and they absolutely loved their stay! The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything they needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in was nice and easy. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
