Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cook County

I have never felt more welcomed with my dog! The treats and squeaky toys were such a nice surprise. We loved spending time in the sauna, having nerf gun battles, nightly fires, and relaxing on the upper balcony and porch swing. The amenities were top notch and the kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook meals. The trip into Grand Marais was really convenient and quick! We got massages at LutZen and checked out the little shops. We also loved exploring Artist’s Point. I had one question, and they responded SO quickly. Such caring and attentive hosts! We hope to return in the future :)

This is our 2nd timing staying here and just like last time, we really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location for winter activities- close to snowmobiling trails. Great parking for our trailer. We really love that we can bring our dogs as well!

Absolutely beautiful home with a stunning view of the lake. Three unique floors but you feel close to everyone no matter which floor you are on. Larger bunk beds worked great for a group. 20 minute drive to Grand Marais is super easy. Would recommend to groups or large families!

Peaceful, quiet and cozy! We loved our long weekend here. Plenty of space for four people and we loved having our dog with us, too! Lots of room in the kitchen to cook and ample space to hang out or have a little solo time to rejuvenate. This place is truly a gem!

Great open entertainment space! Nice quiet location but close to Superior National Golf Course. Will probably try to rent again with friends!

Our say here was absolutely perfect. The beds were very comfortable and there were multiple specious areas for us all to hang out. We especially loved the outdoor patio area with fire table. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Grand Marais.

This was a great rental for our mom and daughter's weekend. Very close to the lake and only a short drive from Grand Marais. The house and loft were well stocked with what we needed and when we had a couple small issues the Cascade Vacation Rental representative we worked with was very responsive and friendly addressing our issues within a timely manner.

On both nights of the stay, host reached out to let us know if we stepped outside we may be able to see the northern lights. Before the stay, had several lists of recommendations and things to do in the area. Quick response time and very friendly. The condo is in a beautiful, serene location that is perfect to escape to.

Really nice cozy place. Nice scenery and good place for a hike. You can hear the river and birds chirping.

Stayed here for a ski weekend. It was perfectly located for easy access to the mountain. It was a great base camp for our weekend in Lutsen.

We had a great time at David's condo at Lutsen! It was the perfect spot for our late season ski trip, we cooked several meals there with the brand new grill and well-stocked kitchen. The 3 bathrooms came in handy with 5 people staying here and the ski in/ski out location was ideal. Would definitely recommend to stay at this spot again!

We had a wonderful stay. The end unit is great for a beautiful view! The location is amazing to Ski in/Ski out! Very cozy with the fireplace. Love the large deck. Jesse and Dean were very helpful and quick to respond with my questions. Thank you for allowing my furry kids to join us!! It was really fun!!!!

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing get-a-way without the kids :) This place was exactly what we were looking for. The space was welcoming and comfortable. Steps away from an outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, restaurant and everything at Lutsen Resort. The key fob for the pool didn't work but Joanne responded RIGHT away and was able to solve our problem within minutes. We decided last minute not to bring our fur child and she refunded us the pet fee right away. Overall, very satisfied and have talked about going back with the whole family!

Would definitely stay here again- lovely place, perfect size for a couple. Enjoyed the rooftop deck and hot tub.

Beautiful cabin with lots of space and an amazing deck. Having coffee on the deck was tough to beat! Nice fishing lake and amazing trails within walking distance. Hosts were very good at communicating and check in was easy.

We visit the North Shore every year and this was our first time on the beach, though rocky, of Superior. And boy were we right in the beach. Gorgeous views, sounds and smells. We were there right after a storm and the host was very proactive about a fallen tree and communicated right away. The house is clean, private and warm. We were there in a cold weather snap! We got to bring our pup too and it felt just like home. The water situation takes some getting used to, but ultimately is the same as going for a swim. So we all do it. The views and privacy are well worth. We will be back next year!

Communication with the hosts was smooth and fast before and during the stay. The studio was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio area, and reading by the fireplace in the evenings. It was so nice to relax on the lakeshore, and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops nearby. I would def stay here again!

The view was stunning! Definitely worth a stay for the avid camper if you are looking for an adventure!

The cabin is beautiful, peaceful, remote, inviting, very clean, and so comfortable! It was a perfect getaway for our family. Access to the sauna at the Lodge was wonderful. Very kind and responsive host. Thank you!

Once we realized the roof creaks a little and that someone wasn’t walking on the roof, we totally enjoyed our time in the cabin. 🤣😂🤣

The cleanest and most comfy Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The unit was in great condition and there were lots of special touches, like multiple dimmable nightlights, notepads, laundry baskets, and kids’ games. Nice bath towels a bonus. Kitchen well equipped and items good shape. You could tell the owner took the time to make the space welcoming and it has been treated well by guests, perfect for our family group of 6. Movie nights in the lower level living room was a blast. The stairs are a bit slick in socks for young kids to navigate but we just had ours go barefoot. We could hear loons from the balcony in early June. We highly recommend this place, and the host!
