Simona proved to be a kind, courteous and very collaborative host. The accommodation matches the description and is very functional and spacious. It is located in a very quiet rural area with a beautiful view of Lake Bilancino. In the immediate vicinity, reachable in 5 minutes by car, there are restaurants and services. The location is strategic for enjoying the beauty of Mugello.

Our stay at Cosimo’s place was 5 stars! The apartment didn’t just look like the pictures it was better, so stunning and exceeded our expectations. The outside space and option of breakfast in the kitchen is great. The staff were very responsive, and proactive in asking for what they needed from us, as well as being so friendly and welcoming. As for the location, the views are just spectacular. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again & will be recommending to anyone going to Tuscany. An additional benefit is there’s a security gate at the entrance to the car park, with ample spaces. Meant we felt comfortable leaving our hire car there overnight. Our one suggestion for improvement would be an extra pillow each on the beds. Thank you for having us - the stay really added to our experience!

This was our favourite accommodation during our recent trip to Italy. We came here for a wedding after spending time in some major cities and it was a nice place to relax. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and the appliances seemed brand new. Its not mentioned in the description but theres a washing machine which is a bonus. There is a grocery store a few doors down so we were able to do some cooking in Scarperia. Emiliano was great with communication.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Antonio responded super quickly to inquiries of any kind. It was very cozy. We didn't miss anything. Antonio was always friendly and attentive. He gave us great tips for excursions to the surrounding area. Florence was 30 minutes away by train (5 minutes by car to the train station in San Piero a Sieve). The surrounding area has fantastic flora and fauna and many cultural monuments. We liked it so much that we want to go back there next year.
