A gas fireplace (currently still under construction! As of July 22) in the interior, as well as a sauna house in the outdoor area invite you to feel good even on cold days.

In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, ein Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Während deines Aufenthaltes steht dir ein kostenloser WLAN Zugang sowie ein TV zur Verfügung. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

Our central location makes us an ideal starting point for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car is happy to stop due to the connection to public transport.
