Apartment ai Fanghi Cosy apartment & terrace

This bright self-contained apartment is part of our single-family house, which was once a typical Ticinese 'grotto'. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace. The apartment is surrounded by lots of greenery and is located in a sunny residential area with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. In winter you even have a view of Lake Maggiore. Brione sopra Minusio is located about 250m above the lake between Tenero and Locarno. The private car park and the bus stop are located in front of the building.

The Rustico is located about 200 m below the church of Contra. The PP is under the kiwi pergola. The Rustico is attached to the MFH. The entrance leads through the beautiful courtyard. The grape pergola provides shade. The house has been renovated in a rustic style. It has a basement room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. In the living room there is a TV, Wi-Fi and telephone. On the upper floor/attic there are 3 rooms with beds and the bathroom.
