Charming studio by the Seine

Completely renovated studio, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Ideal for 2 people, this large studio can however accommodate up to 4 people thanks to an additional bed on the mezzanine. It is close to the old town of Conflans with all the shops nearby. Parking is available opposite on the quays. The access ladder to the mezzanine bed is quite narrow and requires some flexibility, there are no barriers it is not suitable for young children.

With family or friends, the Crocodile barge welcomes you for a pleasant stay in nature, 30 minutes by transport from Paris Saint-Lazare train station. Very bright thanks to the many windows (flush with the water!), the 80 m2 accommodation is built in a barge dating from 1929. There may be a little swell, but not enough to get sick. In summer, enjoy aperitifs on the terrace, watching barges and wildlife pass by (swans, moorhens, coypus...).

Charming independent studio in our house with kitchen and bathroom. Quiet, the studio is located a stone's throw from the bus stop that leads to Conflans Sainte Honorine train station. The train station is an 18-minute walk. The banks of the Seine are a 10-minute walk away to walk along the banks and barges.

Welcome in my central little apartment under the roof with a stunning view of the Sacré-Cœur of Montmartre, the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. A great place for a romantic gateway. At the 7th (heaven) by stairs, with such a view it worth it !
