Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Concón

About it met my expectations. In reality the photos fail to describe the whole charm of the house. My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. The living room due to its spaciousness, with the pair of furniture looks a little empty, functional if but can better fill the space.

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

Accommodation that is foolproof, the place is comfortable, cozy, has all the necessary amenities, heating, very well-equipped kitchen, perfect terrace with barbecue, the sector is very quiet and private, and Raúl is a 7, always attentive and very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Excellent house a few minutes from Reñaca beach! We stayed only one night but it quietly makes you want to stay several more days because of the quality of the house! We will definitely be back! Thank you

Beautiful views in a very good location to explore both Valparaiso, Viña Del Mar and the casaBlanca valley vineyards. César was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend staying here.

The best, super quiet long weekend fun, amazing to rest and recharge batteries, you can sleep and wake up with the view of the beach and the sound of the waves. More than good for a couple. Also close to local restaurants and close to vineyards. I would definitely come back.

Javier's apartment is very nice and comfortable, it is located in a privileged sector near a supermarket, bars and beach. In addition, Javier gave us good recommendations for restaurants and bars to enjoy. I recommend it

The view from the terrace of the apartment exceeds all the expectations shown in the photos. The place is quiet, far from the "mundane noise", although I was in March, I don't know what it will be like in the middle of summer. The apartment is comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The beds are comfortable and the windows allow you to see the sea always, in addition to receiving the sun in season. He has a canopy if anyone wants to escape the sun. It is absolutely recommended. Bruno was very welcoming, willing to solve any inconvenience and Carolina on another level, kind and kind. Full equipped apartment, we only bring a coffee maker. Well located and with two parking that was what we needed. Manuel communicates very quickly and was very kind. Recommended!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool at the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!
