It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room where up to 12 people can stay comfortably. The house is very spacious, has a terrace on the top floor and a spacious patio for children with a charcoal grill and a view of the entire beach. There is private parking, a smart TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. There is parking inside the enclosure for 3 cars.

BEAUTIFUL LOFT WITH JACUZZI AND PRIVATE SAUNA 2 people (+ 18 years), 10 min drive to Reñaca beach and 20 min to Viña del Mar. Located on a private plot, with access gate and security cameras. Fully equipped kitchen, just bring your food. It includes sheets and towels. Ideally, you should have a car, although you can get there by Uber or Cabify. We are ecofriendy. No pets allowed. Homegym and space for yoga and meditation available. There are loungers, hammocks and games.

Parking is only for 1 vehicle inside the property. If you are with another extra vehicle you will have to be parked outside the property on main street or coordinate with host if there is space.
