Located 50 m from the beach and in the heart of the seaside resort of Concarneau, Le Bigorn'O will be the starting point for beautiful walks by the sea. Its brightness, geographical location (shops, restaurants, theater 200 m away), west-facing exposure and comfort will contribute to you having a great vacation. This 2-room apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022 with new materials and modern furnishings. The living space opens onto a pleasant 9 m² terrace.

Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Completely renovated and refurbished in 2021, our south-facing apartment offers stunning views of Concarneau Bay and the Glénan Archipelago from the fifth floor of the Atlantide residence. Access to the residence is secure, the floors are served by an elevator and you will benefit from a private parking space in the basement (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 m). The apartment is connected to the fiber optic network, you will have unlimited and free internet access.

Located in Concarneau on the 3rd (no elevator) and top floor of a quiet condominium in the city center, the apartment (70 m2) has a bright living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. You will enjoy a beautiful sea view. Ideally located to enjoy the beach, the Ville Close, the port, restaurants and all the shops of the city center on foot. You will have the opportunity to park in the private parking lot of the residence (allocated space).

It consists of an equipped kitchen, large living room, TV lounge with sofas, bedroom with dressing room adjoining the shower room, toilet, and storage closet. The apartment is not suitable for children.

An exceptional experience! Close to beaches, shops, markets, fish tanks, marina and golf. This small house was completely renovated with care during the year 2023.
