We had a great stay in this apartment that offers a magnificent sea view! In addition, it is very well located, we do everything on foot (shops, beaches, walled city, etc.) and the environment is quiet. Small indication in case: the building is just before the car park on the right, so you have to go and get the beep in the key box before you can enter the car park to park.

Excellent stay, apartment with beautiful view. Comfortable apartment, tastefully decorated in which it is very pleasant to stay even in bad weather. Local shops a few minutes' walk away. Big plus for the ground floor accessibility of the accommodation for people with reduced mobility. Good bedding, quality equipment. We'll be happy to go back

Audrey is a very welcoming and friendly person. She offered to come earlier, which we appreciated. His accommodation with neat decoration is perfectly equipped, impeccably clean, and well located in a quiet area. The balcony is a significant plus, allowing you to be outside for a drink or lunch without being overlooked. Rent without hesitation!

Excellent weekend at Didier's. Welcomed by his wife, she was very friendly, very good advice on activities, walks around the accommodation. The beach is in front of the accommodation, perfect for paddleboarding, kiteboarding... (less for surfing). We were lucky enough to attend the start of a sailing race (thank you for the binoculars in the apartment). Small clarification for parents, the pool is not visible from the accommodation. Regarding the accommodation itself, it's 10/10, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean (11/10 even), very nice balcony with awning, well equipped with table and chairs. The residence is very nice, well maintained, with a spa and restaurant, and a children's park a few steps away. In my opinion, the private parking space is very useful in July/August. Small note for cooks or pizza fans, the oven works very well but is rather small (microwave size). it was perfect Keep it up the good work. Thank you for everything

My mother and I had a very good stay in this apartment which is very well located. We didn't take the weekend car, we did everything on foot. I highly recommend this accommodation and may come back :)

Impeccable accommodation, clean, zero humidity, in a quiet private residence with parking, elevator. 2 min walk to the white sand beach, 1/2h walk to the centre along the coast. I highly recommend for those who want to combine ease of coming and going since private parking, chilling on the beach and picnic in front of the sunset in 2 minutes, and clean and healthy accommodation.

We had a great stay in this nice little studio facing the sea, ideal for a slightly older couple looking for an easily accessible place (1st floor with elevator), shops, restaurants, beaches, walks by the sea, everything can be done easily. Spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment. Close to Lorient city centre by car. You can hear a few planes flying overhead but otherwise the neighborhood is very quiet so great! The self check-in instructions were very clear.

We had a great stay at Guidel beach. The accommodation is very functional and the instructions left by Solène are very clear. The parking space is nice as well as the bike room. There are many bike paths nearby. The accommodation is very well located, just across the beach.

We had a pleasant stay. The listing is exactly as described and is about a 20-minute walk from downtown. It might be helpful to specify that access to the parking space is with a badge, so it's best to temporarily park nearby while you pick it up from the property.
