Set in the heart of Wine Enthusiast’s Wine Region of the Year, this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 800 sq/ft terrace level flat with separate entrance, is located in a private setting in the Keswick area. Close to Downtown Charlottesville, we are adjacent to Clifton Inn and Glenmore and minutes to Keswick Hall. After exploring many of Virginia’s wineries, breweries, and historical sites, kick your feet up between the trees in the hammock or share your adventures online with our high speed Wi-Fi.

Tucked Away in Central C-ville.

Park your car and leave it there since this flat is a 5 minute walk to Uva, 10 minutes to the downtown mall and less to West Main. It offers a lot of privacy with the help of surrounding trees and a rear entrance (opposite our house). Placed in the rear of our lot, it's perched above our studio/office and interestingly elevated above the surrounding lots and back yards. Completed in March 2022, the apartment includes high end finishes, tons of closet/storage space and no shortage of charm.

This private, peaceful apartment is ideal for couples, business travelers, small families, friend groups, or those who are looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and UVA. The space is ideal for up to 4 people as there is 1 bathroom, but does accommodate up to 6. While here, enjoy use of a private patio, open (unfenced) yard space, and views of a creek and neighboring chickens! A great place to sit with your morning coffee. The space now includes a kitchen!

Woodwind Cottage is a brand new, beautifully built cottage with living room, bedroom, bath, kitchen and loft. It has charming architectural details and a covered porch for enjoying the view of the woods. The loft has a fold out sofa for an extra guest or private work space. The home has wifi, smart tv for streaming, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy reading in the oversized window seat, rise early to see deer in the yard or, perhaps, a hot air balloon overhead in the spring and fall.

Best of both worlds! In beautiful nature but close to UVA, Monticello and downtown. Honey B (Honey House 2) has a lofty feel with the footprint of a small house. Stay at our lovely cottage beside Stonybrook stream! Only 2 miles to the city of Charlottesville. You are invited to explore the land and enjoy the brook that runs through it. Guests love the fire pit and large lawn for playing with the kids. The large, covered outdoor entertaining area is for you to use as well! Turn on the party lights and enjoy the evening. A drop in to the Rivanna river is only a mile away at Darden Towe park for tubing, kayaks and more.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).
