South facing, the house has a garden of 500m2 not completely enclosed for now, being developed in a small quiet subdivision. 100m2 of the total surface area - 90m2 accessible guests. The garage is accessible if needed for access to the washing machine or to store your bikes, surfboards, or other goods.
