The surrounding area offers a wide range of shops and services. The recently renovated accommodation comprises : on the ground floor: a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), a shower room, a separate toilet, a storeroom with a second shower room. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190). The large garden features garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. A garage is available for storing bikes, paddles, etc. WIFI included! The fireplace is not in use.

Sainte-Marine sea view villa with slipway on estuary

I offer for rent for a few periods, thanks to Tetyana who will organize your welcome and be your main point of contact during your stay, my house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed Le Paradis by friends, on the waterfront, with its magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but with a simple message, Tetyana can take care of them (price: €25 for a double bed, €15 for a single bed, towel included).

Adorable guest house - small port of Ste Marine

We offer the outbuilding of our vacation home for rent, designed as a guest house. The property enjoys a unique location on the edge of the Odet, and a small door (well known in the village) gives you direct access to the charming little port of Sainte Marine, its famous Café de la Cale and its restaurants. NB: in the first half of 2026, it is possible that I will stay in the other building of the property. If that's the case, I'll let you know before your booking.
