I like to call it a double studio in that upon arriving to the top of the staircase, there is an area to the right with a king size bed as well as a seating area and access to your private balcony. To the left of the staircase, there is an area which consists of a kitchenette, a table and a couple of seats and a futon. The bathroom opens out of this area. Apartment has just undergone much renovation.
