Monthly Rentals in Colona

Sue's place was comfortable with gorgeous mountain views and easy access to the parks we wanted to visit. The town of Montrose was close by with good restaurants. Grocery shopping close by too and full kitchen for cooking. Great setup for two couples! Bathrooms well appointed. We hope to come back again soon! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Holly's place was perfect for staying a few nights in Montrose while I was working at an expo event. Centrally located so it was easy to get everywhere and it was an easy 1 mile walk to downtown. The best part was the all the details - cold fizzy water in the fridge, coffee and tea, q-tips, shower supplies, access to the washer and dryer. It was very clean, very cute and comfortable. I didn't hang out in the yard, but I can imagine doing so! I know I'll be back.

Probably the best organized place I have stayed in. Nicely decorated, comfortable, and did not have any confusion about anything. Your own private place with patio facing farm country and nice view of the mountains. And the cookies she left for me were delicious!
