Cabin holiday rentals in Coloma

We rented Sharen’s place for a family weekend with 7 guests. Check in was easy. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The additional bunkhouses were great. We felt right at home. We easily cooked all meals in the stocked kitchen. The house is next to the lake and the fishing was incredible! We couldn’t believe how many fish we caught, including several good sized bass. We spent most of our time by the lake and met some very friendly neighbors. Note: bring bug spray. I would’ve stayed an extra week if I could have. Definitely deserves the title of Guest Favorite.

Great place to relax and get away for a few days. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the forest. The pool table and cornhole games were great to have. The WiFi was also very fast. There were plenty of beds and space for everyone in our group to have space and enjoy themselves.

There was a variety of snacks that were left for us, which was very appreciated. Also the hot tub was the star of the show! The place is clan and it comes with everything that I could think of. Highly recommend.

Just wrapped up a stay at the Treehouse Chalet and honestly, didn’t want to leave. The place is tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape, but still close to town if you need anything. Waking up surrounded by trees, sipping coffee on the deck, and theres a hot tub if you choose to relax in it. everything we needed was easily located The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. You can tell the host actually cares. Hot tub was spotless, beds were comfy, and everything worked like it should. Bonus points for the peaceful vibe and solid privacy. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay here! The place is super peaceful and exactly what we needed to unwind. The house is cozy, clean, and full of natural light during the day, which made it feel really inviting. One of our favorite parts was the private hot tub. At night, we turned off the lights, laid back in the warm water, and looked up at a sky full of stars while listening to the quiet sounds of the forest. It was honestly magical!!!!! Olivia was kind and responsive - she checked in just enough to make sure we were good, but never overdid it. Check-out was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to relax and reconnect with nature!!!

What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!

The house was clean and beautiful; a cozy and inviting space. We stayed in one of the downstairs bedrooms, because of our dog, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. We were in town to visit family and didn’t spend as much time at the house as we would have liked, and so did not utilize all the amenities the property had to offer. We did enjoy the creek one afternoon though and it was very peaceful. It’s about a 20 minute scenic drive to Grass Valley. Hemang and Lisa were great hosts and were available if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful home inside and out! Our family really enjoyed spending the weekend here. Ge was a very responsive and helpful host. Thank you!

The house is filled with character and so much fun to stand, but the balcony overlooking the meadow below filled with oak trees down at the bottom really did it for us. Not to mention the grey fox that visited us a few times from a distance. What fun!

Home away from home

This family vacation was last minute decision, but the accommodations really made this trip what it was. The home was beyond welcoming from the moment we arrived, had plenty of space for our family of 6, and had all the things we needed plus much more. Our kids spent hours using the air hockey and pool table, as well as teaching our youngest to play chess. This location, as well as Bob, will surely be considered in the future when looking to get away with our family.

The communication with Thoung was very easy, she is very helpful! The cabin is cozy with a small fireplace. Downstairs has a queen bed, a separate bathroom, and a bunk bed. There is a strong smell downstairs, so it’s not ideal if you’re sensitive. The upstairs master bedroom is spacious. Very quiet location with a nice deck for eating outside.

Shannon’s place was lovely. Great space indoors and out for 4-6 people and our huskies. Beautiful redwoods in the yard and visits by turkey and deer. Close driving distance to restaurants. Shannon’s place is very well equipped with anything you would want or need for dining, sleeping and relaxing. I always appreciate a property that feels like someone’s home rather than a hotel. Shannon’s place was exactly that. Shannon is a very responsive, communicative and helpful host! I should add that there are great vineyards and the lovely Sly Park nearby that we weren’t able to explore because we were in the area for a graduation in El Dorado . Would love to come back, stay st Shannon’s & explore more

Wonderful cabin we loved it so much on the inside. The only downside was noise from hwy 88.

The cabin was absolutely adorable. It has a super homey feeling, and super comfy. The stove is definitely the highlight of this place! The washer and dryer were super helpful! Cozy beds and towels as well.

Cedric and Jun’s place exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our weekend stay with family. The upstairs living space was inviting and comfortable and the kitchen was open and bright and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were modern, light and super clean and bedrooms were very cozy. We loved that two of the bedrooms were downstairs and separate from the living space and very quiet. Another bonus was the beautiful deck and gathering space just outside of the kitchen. Overall we really appreciated the quiet surroundings, ample parking, and beautiful and very clean home. We will definitely come back and stay again and recommend to friends visiting the area!

We were pleasantly surprised to find the cabin just as in the photos with all the amenities that were described. Everything worked; the TVs had many channels to choose from, board games, complimentary smore's stuff, Keurig coffee, and all the cooking necessities were there including spices, oils and some food. All the propane tanks for the outdoor fire and BBQ were full, the showers were clean, the bathrooms were spotless and the appliances were all new or near new. It was like stepping into a cozy dream cabin and we felt so cared for and looked after. We can tell that Christine truly cares about her visitors considering the detail and care she puts into making sure we were comfortable. She provided a local attractions list that was extremely helpful in locating fun things to do nearby and she even had a free entrance/parking pass for Jenkinson Lake!!! All in all a wonderful and memorable experience. We will be planning a winter escape to her cabin soon.

This place was amazing and so were the hosts. We held our wedding reception here and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was. This place is a 10/10 highly recommend!!!!!!

I absolutely loved the serene quiet location. Such a great place. Very friendly host and they have done a great job with the place. Excellent amenities and a special welcome bread that is so sweet to arrive to!

A Perfect Stay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process and Maria’s warm hospitality. The space was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions like Jenkins lake. I especially appreciated the private location of the house, its views, and all the games there. Communication with Maria was prompt and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I can’t wait to return!

Absolute perfection! A quaint country cottage on shared acreage but you are welcome to enjoy/use the main house and grounds. Quiet, charming, nicely kept up with a very much appreciated gift basket, morning coffee and mini fridge in room. Loved the fire stove to keep the night chill out and add a romantic ambience. Will definitely return if ever in need of a stay in the area - can't recommend enough!

We had an amazing stay at this secluded property with stunning 360° views and a peaceful atmosphere. The drive in was beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to OHV trails, hiking, a reservoir, and shooting areas, yet tucked away on a quiet road with no noise. Shelli was a fantastic host, welcoming us personally and showing us around. Generator noise from nearby properties was minimal and didn't affect our stay. We only used ours once; the battery power lasted most of our 4-day visit. The property combines the peace of camping with home comforts like hot shower, kitchen, and clean bathroom. Our dogs loved the open space, though wildlife is around. Other things to note are lots of spiders and mosquitoes in May, and the water had a sulfur smell - but it made my hair super soft! Overall, a peaceful, comfortable getaway.

Very beautiful home with games and great scenery and decor. The owners were so wonderful and responsive we stayed with close to 6 feet of snow and it was so beautiful. We do recommend chains if there is snow and also pay attention to detail about the location because the snow will make it blend so easily with its beautiful real wood design, but yet it is very worth the hunt. Clean home with year round Christmas vibes was well above our expectations . I recommend this stay to anyone looking to have a great family getaway .
